When Yaya contacted me about a pregnancy announcement photoshoot, I was so happy. Not only has she become a good friend, but she is a great photographer who is one of my greatest cheerleaders. We did Yaya’s pregnancy announcement photoshoot on a garage rooftop in Fort Lauderdale. The photoshoot started a little late, so most of her photoshoot was during blue hour, which turned out amazing. The beautiful blue hue and saturated colors of the sky really brought out Yaya’s color scheme in her outfit.

You could feel the love between her and her husband, and the excitement over their growing family. They were so much fun to photograph because not only was it a pregnancy announcement photoshoot, it was also a couples photoshoot.

Here’s the crazy part, I did this photoshoot a while ago and forgot to blog it. Yaya and Danny are now parents to a beautiful baby boy!
