I balance two worlds: corporate girly by weekday, wedding photographer by weekend. I genuinely love being a professional, in every sense of the word. I am a bit of an overachiever.
At home, life looks a little more chaotic (and furry). I have two dogs — one is a sweet mutt rescued from a kill shelter, and the other is a mischievous mini husky. They keep me on my toes with long walks morning, afternoon, and evening (which conveniently balances out my dessert habit).
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me watching movies — usually action-packed, but occasionally a rom-com if I’m in the right mood.
I was born in West Palm Beach and went to Florida State University (go Noles!)
I’ve been a photographer for several years now, but I wasn’t one of those people who claims they were “born with a camera in their hand.” (Let’s be honest — no one’s delivery room looked like that.) My story started a little differently.
After an injury put me on bed rest and kept me out of the gym, I needed something to keep me occupied. So, I picked up a camera, learned the settings, and before I knew it — I was hooked. Photography quickly went from a way to pass the time to one of the biggest passions of my life.
Building this business from the ground up is one of my proudest achievements, and every wedding I photograph is a reminder of why I fell in love with it in the first place.
